Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan on December 19 visited and extended greetings to officers and soldiers of Border Guard Command and Army Corps 12 High Command on the occasion of the 79th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - 2023).

The Party Committee and Chain-of-Command of Army Corps 12 held a ceremony on December 2 to announce the decision on the foundation of the corps in the presence of Vice Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang.
